The functional packaging of the E-Lites Original Full Kit is trendy and creatively designed. The matte black box had a clear plastic display which revealed their new PCC (Portable Charging Case). When I opened the kit, the first thing that got my attention was the sleek cigarette case. After a few uses, the cigarette case has proven to be strong and durable.
The E-Lites Original Full Kit also has a USB charging cable, a USB-to-Mains adapter, a battery and a user guide. 5 Cartomizers were also included. The top notch display and attention to detail was impressive. The user guide was easy to read and understand.

VAPOUR PRODUCTION
E-Lites have an original approach to imitating the experience of inhaling real cigarette smoke. The vapor is odour-less and hits your throat immediately after you take a puff. It takes the smoker back to the days of conventional smoking with a direct throat hit and a substantial amount of vapor volume.
FUNCTIONALITY
Puffing on an E-Lite is similar to smoking a real tobacco filled cigarette in the sense that you use the mouth to lung method. With a decent battery life, E-Lite produces a smoke like cloud in your mouth which gives your throat a familiar sensation of pulling on a cigarette, commonly known as a throat hit.
Something I don’t like about the E-Lite is the tiny air vent which is located between the filter and the tobacco portion of the E-Lite. This is the part where you’d usually grip the e-cig. Sometimes my fingers block the air vent and I end up inhaling nothing but air. It’s something that can be avoided, but only it’s one less thing I’d prefer to have to think about while vaping.
CARTOMISERS
It is quite simple to screw in the cartomiser into the battery. However, I found the flavors a little flat and boring. With other e-cigarette brands making a splash in the flavor department, E-Lites is only offering menthol, light and regular-strength tobacco.
This might not be a problem to people who enjoy the taste of tobacco but non-smokers might find the taste overly harsh and synthetic. The regular strength tobacco had a smooth taste while the menthol tasted syrupy and more like peppermint. The flavors weren’t that bad, and many people really like them, but they didn’t excite my taste-buds.
Replacements may seem a little on the expensive side when compared to but when you do the maths you quickly realise how much you’d save compared to buying cigarettes or tobacco.
Each cartridge will last approximately 40 cigarettes, so you can buy the equivalent of 80 cigarettes for anything from £6.99 to as low as £5.20 if bought in bulk. The potential savings to smoking traditional cigarettes here is huge.
BATTERY DETAILS
The E-Lites Original Full Kit has a G9 battery. I am satisfied with the performance of the battery. It doesn’t need extra puffing to warm and activate the battery and gives a good puff response every single time.
In spite of the small battery size, the G9 Diamond Core Technology allows the battery to recharge in less than 2.5 hours. The green tip of the battery lights up every time you take a puff and also flashes when the battery needs to be recharged. I managed to get an entire day of vaping on a single charge while vaping regularly throughout the day.
PRICE & SHIPPING CHARGES
The price of the E-Lites Original Full Kit is on the expensive side when you add in the cost of the Cartomizers. Shipping is free for purchases over £40. The kit has the price of £14.99. A pack of 10 refill cartridges can cost you up to £34.99. The price of a single cartridge is £3.50 which is quite costly as compared to the other brands that we have reviewed.
WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
A non-faulty product can be returned in an unopened condition within 14 days of purchase. If you opt to return this kit keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for any postage costs as this is non-refundable.
Products can be returned for a full refund if the fault is found within 30 days. Between 30 days and 6 months can be returned but only to be repaired or replaced unless E-Lites uses their discretion to offer a full refund.

There are some major set backs such as the flavor limitations and guarantee, but it does have its merits. It will save you money when compared to smoking if you’re making the jump from conventional cigarettes. The battery time and vapor volume are also plus points that make this kit good value.
