PACKAGING & DESIGN
The Series E Aero Kit comes in one of Jac Vapor’s standard white boxes simply adorned with their red and black logo. The assembled e-cig feels really solid and fairly weighty, slightly larger and thicker than most eGo pens I’m used to using, but it feels pretty nice and the stainless steel finish looks great.

VAPOUR PRODUCTION
The Series-E Aero Tank provides a smooth vape with excellent vapor. There are three settings so if you’re more of a cloud chaser you can crank it up full whack. But if you’d prefer a more stealthy vape simply turn the voltage down. Overall, I had a very satisfying vape and got great vapor production using various different e-liquids. It performed really well.
FUNCTIONALITY
Assembling the e-cig itself is simple. Adding the e-liquid is also a breeze, as there’s plenty of room in the tank. As you vape, you’re able to manually set the voltage via a battery on the button, so you’re able to customise the power of the delivery (but keep in mind a higher voltage uses up the battery faster).
TANK DETAILS
The Aero V2 Tank is a full stainless steel tank with a dual coil atomizer (1.8ohm) with a 510 drip tip. Unfortunately this tank is possibly the biggest let down to this kit. There were times that the tank leaked after a lot of use. This wasn’t always the case, but it has happened on a couple of occasions, which is a bit of a shame.
There is a solution to this, however; you could buy the Series-E without a tank, which, based on my experience, I’d recommend. This will allow you to buy a better tank of your choice instead.
BATTERY DETAILS
The battery packs 1000mAh, and should last at least 6-8 hours (with a 2-hour charge time). If you like having a spare battery on hand, you can add one for £15, which, although cheaper than buying one on its own, may sound a little steep.
One of the main quibbles customers have with this kit is the battery life deteriorating over time. The good news is that if your battery does deteriorate, Jac are pretty good at replacing it for you even if falls out of its warranty so you shouldn’t be stuck with a poor performing battery. Personally, I think the life of this battery is far to short for a device of this size, and a back up battery is also quite expensive.
PRICE & SHIPPING CHARGES
In my opinion the £40 price tag for this is not too bad, but it would be much more attractive if it came with either a spare battery or even an e-liquid. If you want to add these as optional extras as well as a pack of spare coils and a hard shell case, you’ll be looking at a spend upwards of £70.00.
Plus, judging by the higher-than-usual number of customer reviewers who had to contact customer service, it seems there may still be a few kinks to work out. If you have the money to spare and don’t mind taking the gamble, though, you could end up with a product you love.
WARRANTY & GUARANTEE
The warranties vary depending on the components; Series-E batteries are guaranteed for 60 days and chargers for 4 months. Opened tanks, however, cannot be returned, and neither can products that have been damaged with use.
Jac Vapor only has a 14-day money-back guarantee…so don’t wait two weeks to take it out of the box! If you’re not happy within these 14 days you may return it for a full refund or a replacement.

OVERALL PURCHASE SATISFACTION
A good amount of users had no complaints about this kit, but some reported tank leakages or short battery life. The majority of those who experienced problems did clarify that they received excellent customer service, so if the product you receive isn’t up to par, don’t be shy about contacting their customer service team.
The Series-E Aero Kit is a good choice if you want a powerful vape and don’t mind a more sizeable (and shiny) device. If you’re thinking of buying it, you may want to pick it up without the tank at a lower price and find one that has less issues.
You may also want to check out some other options before you decide for sure, though, as there are other quality products out there with better battery life. Having said this, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with this if you’re not a heavy vaper.
