Ribena E-Liquid by Medusa Juice Review

Ribena E-Liquid

I love my fruity vapes, and I love Ribena.

Like many of you, I grew up with this classic drink, and on the odd occasion I will treat myself to a carton (I still have my sweet-tooth).

I often find myself on the lookout for e-liquids that mimic flavors of my favorite drinks, and Ribena is one I had to find.

There are a lot of ‘Ribena’ e-liquids around, and in all honesty I have yet to find one that really resembles it’s taste.

There are some good attempts, and some that taste great even if they don’t taste exactly the same as Ribena.

Medusa Juice is the closest quality e-liquid I’ve managed to find so far that comes pretty close.

Let’s dive a little deeper…

DOES IT TASTE LIKE RIBENA?

Honestly…Very nearly!

One thing I can say, however, is it smells exactly the same!

Don’t get me wrong, this juice is an awesome vape. It tastes great, and it’s the best attempt out of the e-juices I’ve had.

The flavor isn’t quite Ribena, but it’s a black-current flavor I really enjoy vaping.

The mix is 80% VG and 20% PG, which I like. The more VG the better for me.

I decided to go with the 3mg, which has become my standard nicotine strength to vape, and it produces nice clouds and an abundance of flavor.

Interestingly, Medusa have 3 Ribena Ranges.

One is a low end e-liquid, currently priced at £2.25 (usually £4.99) for 10ml (currently £6.75 for 30ml). The mix is 60VG/40PG.

The next is a Medusa Gold Label version, which is currently priced at £9.99 per 30ml (80VG/20PG) – this is the one I bought.

The final version is by Fcukin Flava, 100% VG, and is priced at £13.99 for 30ml (usually £14.99). I’ve not yet tried but I’ll be getting this and giving it a review soon!

The aftertaste is very sweet and black-currenty.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

I mentioned earlier that I paid £9.99 for 30ml, but this price is reduced. The standard price is £14.99 for 30ml.

Medusa do offer free shipping on orders over £20, which is what I went for. I also bought the Lemon Sensation and Black Cherry (reviews coming soon!)

Their prices here are reasonable while on sale. I wouldn’t pay the full price if there was no offers on because I go through quite a bit of juice and there are plenty of places around to offer quality e-liquid at low prices.

While these juices are reduced and as long as you can get free shipping, I’d say that at least this one is worth a go if you are looking for a good Black-Current that is pretty close to Ribena’s flavor.

WILL I BUY MORE?

As nice as it is…probably not.

For me to go back and buy more e-liquid it has to be extremely good and exactly what I was looking for.

This is just a good tasting black-current e-liquid. Not enough for me to ask for more. But I will try their other one, and post a review here for you.

Overall, I’m glad I bought it. It wasn’t expensive, and it’s a really good quality e-liquid. But I will continue my search for my ultimate Ribena e-liquid!

Are there any ribena-flavored e-liquids you’ve tried? Were they any good? If so, let me know where you got it in the comments below…
