As for functionality, the case can easily charge up to four standard V2 batteries. You can also use it to carry an extra battery or two V2 flavor cartridges. Aside from these, you’ll get a wall adapter and a user manual.

In order to get a full refund the product should be in an undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. No more than two cartridges should have been used; the rest should be sealed properly and unused.
